Request deletion of specific health data categories while keeping your account active, or delete everything.

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Curamed. You can delete specific data categories while keeping your account, or delete your entire account and all data. We will process all requests within 30 days.

Option 1 — Delete Specific Data in the App

The quickest way to delete specific health data is directly inside the Curamed app. This lets you keep your account while removing only the data you want deleted.

  1. Open Curamed App → Go to the relevant tool

    For example, to delete blood pressure logs, open the Blood Pressure Tracker.

  2. Find the data entry you want to delete

    Scroll through your history or log list to find the specific entry.

  3. Swipe left or long-press to delete

    Swipe left on the entry to reveal the Delete button, or long-press on the entry and select Delete from the menu.

  4. Confirm deletion

    Tap Delete in the confirmation dialog. The entry is immediately removed from your device and will sync to the server within minutes.

To delete all data for a specific tool (e.g., all blood pressure readings), go to that tool's Settings or History page and look for "Clear All Data" or "Delete All Records."

Option 2 — Submit a Data Deletion Request

Use this form to request deletion of specific data categories or all data. Select which categories you want deleted. We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation to your email.

Tick all categories you want permanently deleted. You can select one or more.

⚠️ Before submitting: Export any data you want to keep via the Curamed app → Reports → Export. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

We process all data deletion requests within 30 days as required by applicable data protection regulations.

Processing Timeline

  1. Within 24 Hours — Acknowledgement

    You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request and providing a reference number.

  2. Within 7 Days — Identity Verification

    We may contact you to verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests. This is for your security.

  3. Within 30 Days — Data Deleted

    Your requested data will be permanently deleted from our active systems and scheduled for removal from backups.

  4. Confirmation Email Sent

    You will receive a final confirmation email confirming that your data has been deleted as requested.
