🗑️ Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your Curamed account and all associated health data from our systems.

⚠️ This Action is Permanent and Cannot Be Undone

Deleting your account will permanently erase all your health data, including medication logs, health metrics, AI conversation history, family profiles, pregnancy data, and all reports.

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please export any data you wish to keep before proceeding.

💡 Consider These Alternatives First

Before deleting your account, consider: Export your data (Reports → Export), Log out from the app, or Contact support if you're having issues we can help resolve. If you want to take a break, simply uninstall the app — your data will be waiting when you return.

Method 1 — Delete Directly from the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Curamed app:

  1. Open Curamed App

    Launch the Curamed app on your Android device and make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.

  2. Go to Profile

    Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right of the navigation bar.

  3. Open Settings

    Scroll down and tap Settings or the gear icon ⚙️ on your profile page.

  4. Find Delete Account

    Scroll to the bottom of Settings. Tap Delete Account under the "Danger Zone" or "Account" section.

  5. Confirm Deletion

    Read the confirmation dialog carefully. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete Everything. Your account and all data will be permanently removed immediately.

Method 2 — Submit a Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, use this form. We will process your request within 30 days as required by applicable data protection laws.

Fill in your details below. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

We will send a confirmation to your registered email address within 24 hours.

What Happens After Deletion

  1. Immediate: App Access Removed

    You will be logged out of the Curamed app immediately and will not be able to log back in with this account.

  2. Within 24 Hours: Confirmation Email

    You will receive an email confirming your deletion request has been received and is being processed.

  3. Within 30 Days: Data Permanently Erased

    All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers, including backups. Some anonymized, non-identifiable statistical data may be retained for service improvement.

  4. Premium Subscription

    If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it separately through Google Play → Subscriptions before deleting your account to avoid future charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel billing.
