1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Curamed mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Curamed provides a health management platform including AI-powered health information, tracking tools, medication reminders, medical scanner tools, and educational health content. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is not a licensed medical device.

3. Not Medical Advice

The information provided by Curamed, including AI-generated responses, scanner outputs, and health tips, is for educational purposes only. It is NOT:

• Medical advice from a licensed healthcare professional
• A substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment
• A replacement for care from a qualified doctor or specialist
• A licensed medical device under any regulatory framework (CDSCO, FDA, CE, etc.)

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be 13 years or older to use Curamed independently
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree not to misuse the AI features for harmful or illegal purposes
• You agree to provide accurate information for best results
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• You must not use the App to provide medical advice to others professionally

5. Premium Subscription

Premium features require a paid subscription billed through Google Play. Subscription terms: Monthly (₹199), Quarterly (₹499), Half-Yearly (₹899), Yearly (₹1,499). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Curamed name, logo, app design, AI systems, and all content are the intellectual property of Curamed and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Curamed shall not be liable for any health outcomes, medical decisions, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws based on the jurisdiction in which Curamed operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
